I wish I didn't have to give a star at all. I went to great clips for the first time not too long ago, and I had a terrible experience. I went in asking for just my split ends to be done, And I got way more than that. I had very long hair (past my waist) And it was cut to just touching my shoulders. At first this aggravated me but I got over it and realized it will grow back. The reason why this review gets one star is because of the lady who cut my hair. While cutting my hair, she was complaining about my hair and even said it looked like rats tails at the ends. The whole time she was cutting my hair she was puffing under her breath and saying "oh my god" or "this is ridiculous". She also said my hair was disgusting even though my hair was clean. She even showed me the strands of my hair and held it up to me and my boyfriend who was with me at the time and said " do you see how ridiculous this is? It's like rats tails!" I will not be returning to this location and I am very disappointed that this was my first experience with great clips as a company.
