The customer service with is company was terrible. It took them over a week to respond to my quote request and that is only after I called them 4 times to follow up and finally had to threaten to take my business elsewhere before they responded. After they sent me the quote they still were not responsive even after I stated that I was ready to move onto the next step in the process. They clearly do not want my money! I decided to go with another local company that gave me a better price and has great customer service. I was shocked that the only reviews this company has on Google where outstanding since my experience was quite the opposite.

After I informed them I was taking my business else due to bad customer service Farrah called me and pretty much bitched me out and told me that I would be better served somewhere else. I have to say I completely agree that I will DEFINITELY be served better somewhere else. She made no attempt to salvage the deal and absolutely no apology was given.
