My 2013 Sonata had been serviced by Keffer Hyundai yesterday, and at that time the sales people there tried to convince me to move into a 2018. They asked my credit score range (which they said would definitely qualify) and came back with a ballpark for leasing. After appraising my car, they said they could give me the full amount which would leave me with no negative equity. I was there for 4 hrs working remotely while my car was being serviced. The entire time, they did everything in their power, from the time I walked in the door til the time I left to make me feel comfortable and welcome. Although I decided to sleep on it, I will definitely be doing business with them in the future. Great job with customer service!

My son and daughter in law purchased an SUV last night. They live close by. Drove home and parked in front of their home. This morning they noticed a 1 inch crack in the windshield with a clear sticker over it. Must not have been visible at night. They called Lewis, their salesman. To their surprise, he just stated that the car has been there 50 days and it was never noticed. So, the dealer is not responsible and it’s my children’s responsibility to pay to have it fixed. Really? Is that proper customer service? They hadn’t even had the car for 18 hours! So I called to speak with Scott, the manager, thinking he would rectify the situation since the people I spoke to prior to him apologized for what happened and said it should be taken care of. To my surprise, he just defended what the sales guy said and said they will not fix it. I am so disheartened by this whole situation but do not intend on dropping this. We have purchased many cars in our lives and never had such poor customer service or disrespect. They will be very nice to you until the sale is final. Good luck afterwards. I am still shocked and feel awful for my son and daughter in law.

Thanks for your response below. I will contact Gabriel. Where in the world would my kids get a clear round sticker to put on the windshield? I was told that is used by mechanics during inspections. Your customer service and desire to have satisfied customers is quite disappointing. Instead of defending, rectify.
