Ehem, let me start off by saying I'm VERY disappointed in the "customer service" (or lack thereof) that I experienced here. I came in for what was advertised as a FREE consultation for Lasik. I walked out $70 out of pocket. "Why?" You might ask. Well, because during the consult they found that I wasn't a good candidate for Lasik because I supposedly have cataracts, thereby making it into appointment rather than a free consult. So, they charged me without my knowledge until the end. That's not the part that makes me angry though. No. The part that makes me angry is as soon as they realized I wasn't a good candidate for the surgery, they kicked me to the curb. They basically told me, "Nope, you have cataracts. BUH-BYE!" They didn't bother to inform me about this disease at all! I started crying and asking questions about what cataracts is, but they just pushed me aside and went to the next customer. REALLY?! You just charged me $70 to tell me I have the leading cause of blindness in the WORLD, and you wont even take a couple minutes of your PRECIOUS time to inform me about what it means? Needless to say, I looked it up online in the waiting room and started crying even harder when I started reading about it. The ladies in the waiting room simply stared at me, dumbfounded, as if they've never seen a girl cry before. I walked out ashamed with my head held down, STILL not completely understanding my "diagnosis." Wait...it gets BETTER. They called me to schedule ANOTHER appointment to get another look and see if maybe they could do the surgery after all. I took the bait. I scheduled another "consult" MONTHS in advance, went a month wearing my glasses (which I can hardly see in) and got a call a couple days before the appointment with a message saying they couldn't see me after all because the doctor was going to be "out that week." Word of advice: if you want to feel like a valued customer, DON'T give these people your business. I had to find out the hard way that they really don't care at all unless it's money in their pockets.
